Order delivery

Delivery of purchases is carried out to the door or to the pick-up point of the courier service. Select your preferred shipping method and rate at checkout. Estimated delivery time will be calculated for each shipping method.

Purchases are handed over to the delivery service the next business day. On Saturday, Sunday, and non-working holidays, purchases cannot be sent for delivery.

By default, each delivery includes partial delivery and try-on options before receipt.

Delivery of goods made to order is made after completion of production. Check the production time for the product you are interested in at the Ultimatum Contact Center.

Delivery of large purchases is always carried out according to an individual plan. Be prepared to provide additional information to the Ultimatum Contact Center specialist.
